E-Collar Training Programs

Our expert E-Collar training is an essential investment in the safety and well-being of your dog. With our guidance, you can ensure that your dog is well-behaved, confident, and ready to navigate the world safely. You can trust our success and experience to equip you and your dog with the skills needed for a calmer, happier life together. 

With our proven training system, your dog can be trained safely and expertly in as little as 1 week. With Board & Train programs, your dog will stay with our expert trainer in their home and receive at least 2 hours of intensive 1-on-1 training each day. There are also potty breaks and playtime.
 

We start working with your dog in our one-of-a-kind 6,000-square-foot indoor training facility and outdoor training field, featuring an extensive distraction-training course to teach your dog to be calm, composed, and obedient around distractions, including people, dogs, traffic noise, wind, blowing objects, vacuums, squirrels, doorbells, and bikes. We address any objects or environments your dog may fear or react to.

In our 90-minute E-Collar consultation, we'll evaluate your dog's behaviour and current level of training, answer all your questions, and teach you about E-Collar Technologies™ systems and how to use them. We'll demonstrate the E-Collar system and accessories and help you choose the best and safest model for your dog. We'll custom-fit your dog with an E-Collar and show you, in real time, how quickly it responds to commands with our proven training system.

The consultation isn't about selling you a training program. It's an honest evaluation of your dog and the training approach we recommend to help you reach your goals. We're always straightforward — if E-Collar training isn't the best option for your dog, we'll tell you and suggest alternatives instead.

This 3-hour program is designed for dog owners who want to use an E-Collar to take their training to the next level.

 

If you've been trying to train your dog with or without an E-Collar or using a slip lead, choke chain, harness, prong collar or gentle leader, and you can't get to the next level, we'll show you how to quickly and effectively get your dog to pay attention and respond to your commands consistently and with confidence.

 

You will work directly with our head trainer and receive hands-on E-Collar training and extensive written and video training support materials to help you train your dog to off-leash reliability.

We custom-fit your dog with the most appropriate E-Collar receiver, contact points, and accessories to set you up for success.  We'll work through all the basic obedience commands and training exercises so that you understand exactly how the system works and how to continue working with your dog on your way to off-leash freedom.  You'll learn it all in this hybrid training program.

If you prefer to spend more time working with our expert trainers, our

4-week private training program is the most effective way to learn how to safely and effectively E-Collar train your dog to a high level of off-leash obedience.

 

You'll work closely with our E-Collar training expert at our indoor/outdoor training center, learning precision techniques, simple commands, hand signals, praise, and rewards — the same proven system we've used to train hundreds of dogs to off-leash reliability. You'll see steady progress each week as we work through the program.

 

We provide extensive written and video training support materials, and we're available before, during, and after training to answer questions and support your progress.

Our 2-week Board & Train program is the most comprehensive option available. Built for dog owners who want guaranteed, reliable off-leash obedience in any environment.

 

In Week 1, your dog trains daily in the training center, building their skills and working through controlled, escalating distractions. You'll see major progress in the first few days.

 

In Week 2, we train predominantly in public spaces across a range of real-world settings like busy stores, neighbourhoods, city centers, trails, and parks. We address dog and people reactivity and also spend time helping your dog overcome things that make them uncomfortable or nervous, like vacuums, bikes, cars, strollers, and leaf blowers.
